1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Prism, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and let us know of any unauthorized use.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the tasks and notes you create. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and display them back to you as part of the service.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Prism: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and no use that infringes others' rights.
5. The early-adopter Pro gift
Current users receive 3 months of Prism Pro at no cost, counted from signup, as a thank-you. It requires no payment method. It's a goodwill gift, not a paid subscription, and the app keeps working when it ends. Final Pro pricing will be announced before the gift period ends.
6. Availability & changes
We work to keep Prism available but provide it “as is,” without warranties. We may update, suspend, or change features, and we'll aim to communicate significant changes.
7. Termination
You can stop using Prism and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Prism isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

قوانین و شرایط استفاده

۱. پذیرش
با ساختِ حساب یا استفاده از Prism، این شرایط را میپذیری. اگر موافق نیستی، لطفاً از سرویس استفاده نکن.
۲. حساب تو
مسئولِ حساب و امن نگهداشتنِ ورودت خودت هستی. اطلاعاتِ درست بده و هر استفادهی غیرمجاز را به ما اطلاع بده.
۳. محتوای تو
مالکیتِ کارها و یادداشتهایی که میسازی مالِ خودت میماند. تنها اجازهای که به ما میدهی، همانقدر است که برای ذخیره، پردازش و نمایشِ دوبارهی آنها بهعنوانِ بخشی از سرویس لازم است.
۴. استفادهی مجاز
از Prism سوءاستفاده نکن: بدونِ محتوای غیرقانونی، بدونِ تلاش برای شکستن، از کار انداختن یا مهندسیِ معکوسِ سرویس، و بدونِ استفادهای که حقوقِ دیگران را نقض کند.
۵. هدیهی حرفهای برای کاربرانِ اولیه
کاربرانِ فعلی، ۳ ماه Prism حرفهای را بهرایگان میگیرند، از روزِ ثبتنام، بهعنوانِ تشکر. نیازی به روشِ پرداخت ندارد. این یک هدیهی حُسنِنیت است، نه اشتراکِ پولی، و اپ پس از پایانش هم کار میکند. قیمتِ نهاییِ حرفهای پیش از پایانِ دورهی هدیه اعلام میشود.
۶. دسترسپذیری و تغییرات
تلاش میکنیم Prism در دسترس بماند، اما آن را «همانطور که هست» و بدونِ ضمانت ارائه میکنیم. ممکن است امکانات را بهروزرسانی، متوقف یا تغییر دهیم و میکوشیم تغییراتِ مهم را اطلاع دهیم.
۷. خاتمه
هر زمان میتوانی استفاده از Prism را متوقف کنی و حسابت را حذف کنی. ممکن است حسابهایی را که این شرایط را نقض کنند معلق کنیم.
۸. مسئولیت
تا حدی که قانون اجازه میدهد، Prism مسئولِ خساراتِ غیرمستقیم یا اتفاقیِ ناشی از استفاده از سرویس نیست.
