1. Overview
Prism is a task-prioritization app that reads a task you write or speak and places it on a priority matrix. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Prism is privacy-first: your tasks are yours.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, the name and photo your provider shares.
- Your content — the tasks, notes, and voice notes you create, stored to sync your account across devices.
- Usage & device data — basic technical data needed to run and secure the service.
3. How we use it
To provide the service, sync your data, run the AI prioritization on the text you submit, secure your account, and communicate essential service messages. We do not sell your personal data.
4. AI processing
When you ask Prism to analyze a task, the task text (and, for voice, the recording) is processed to produce a score and, where enabled, a transcript. If a third-party AI provider is used for this, only the content needed for the analysis is sent. The public demo runs entirely in your browser and is not sent anywhere.
5. Storage & security
Account data and content are stored with our infrastructure provider using industry-standard safeguards and row-level access controls, so each account can only reach its own data.
6. Your choices
- Access, edit, or delete your tasks at any time inside the app.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
- Use the browser demo without an account at all.
7. Data retention
We keep your content while your account is active. When you delete a task or your account, the corresponding data is removed within a reasonable period.
8. Children
Prism is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

۱. کلیات
Prism اپی برای اولویتبندی کارهاست که کاری را که مینویسی یا میگویی میخواند و روی یک ماتریسِ اولویت میچیند. این سیاست توضیح میدهد چه چیزی جمع میکنیم، چرا، و چه انتخابهایی داری. Prism حریمخصوصیمحور است: کارهایت مالِ خودت است.
۲. اطلاعاتی که جمع میکنیم
- دادهی حساب — نشانی ایمیلت و، اگر با گوگل وارد شوی، نام و عکسی که ارائهدهنده به اشتراک میگذارد.
- محتوای تو — کارها، یادداشتها و یادداشتهای صوتیای که میسازی، ذخیرهشده برای همگامسازیِ حسابت بین دستگاهها.
- دادهی استفاده و دستگاه — دادهی فنیِ پایه که برای اجرا و امنسازیِ سرویس لازم است.
۳. چطور استفاده میکنیم
برای ارائهی سرویس، همگامسازیِ دادهات، اجرای اولویتبندیِ AI روی متنی که میفرستی، امنسازیِ حساب، و ارسالِ پیامهای ضروریِ سرویس. دادهی شخصیات را نمیفروشیم.
۴. پردازشِ هوش مصنوعی
وقتی از Prism میخواهی کاری را تحلیل کند، متنِ کار (و برای صدا، فایلِ ضبطشده) پردازش میشود تا امتیاز و در صورتِ فعالبودن، رونویس تولید شود. اگر برای این کار از ارائهدهندهی AI شخصِ ثالث استفاده شود، فقط محتوای لازم برای تحلیل ارسال میشود. دموی عمومی کاملاً در مرورگرت اجرا میشود و جایی فرستاده نمیشود.
۵. ذخیرهسازی و امنیت
دادهی حساب و محتوا نزدِ ارائهدهندهی زیرساختِ ما با تدابیرِ استانداردِ صنعت و کنترلِ دسترسیِ سطرمحور ذخیره میشوند، تا هر حساب فقط به دادهی خودش دسترسی داشته باشد.
۶. انتخابهای تو
- هر زمان درونِ اپ به کارهایت دسترسی داری، ویرایش یا حذفشان میکنی.
- با تماس با ما میتوانی حذفِ حساب و دادههای مرتبط را درخواست کنی.
- میتوانی بدونِ هیچ حسابی از دموی مرورگری استفاده کنی.
۷. نگهداری داده
تا وقتی حسابت فعال است محتوایت را نگه میداریم. وقتی کاری یا حسابت را حذف کنی، دادهی متناظر در بازهای منطقی حذف میشود.
۸. کودکان
Prism برای کودکانِ زیر ۱۳ سال (یا سنِ لازم در منطقهی تو) نیست، و آگاهانه دادهی آنها را جمع نمیکنیم.
۹. تغییرات و تماس
ممکن است این سیاست را بهروزرسانی کنیم؛ تغییراتِ مهم درونِ اپ یا با ایمیل اعلام میشوند. سؤالی داری؟ به hello@prismdo.com ایمیل بزن.
